The fern is a symbol of eternal youth and our hope for the future. The reproduce without seeds or flowers which seems to be magic. Many types of ferns pop out of the ground as little curls and slowly unfurl into the fern. The develop polk-a-dots on the underside of their leaves, which are spores the spread for reproduction. Between curls and dots fern can be a good reminder of the youthful joy in nature. I drew Poly with a few curls and a variety of green and purple shades.
